Research has shown that seeing oneself in the future can induce feelings of empathy bringing about change.

Change My Face app helps to engage customers by using a health and lifestyle calculator allowing customers to see themselves in the future with current health habits and allowing them to change the future.

We worked with one of the largest health insurance companies in the US to engage existing customers with diabetes. This particular audience was sent a lifestyle questionnaire with the option to see themselves aged into the future. Half of the same audience were sent questionnaires without the Change My Face age tool. Those who clicked to view their older self were more likely to complete the questionnaire, resulting in a much higher engagement and click through rate leading to vital data collection.
